Shipping Policy

At Okiru Coffee Operative, we want your coffee to reach you fresh, fast, and hassle-free.

  1. Processing Time:
    • All orders are freshly roasted, packed, and dispatched within 1–2 business days.
    • Orders placed after 5 PM IST or on weekends/holidays will be processed the next business day.
  2. Delivery Timelines:
    • Metro Cities (Delhi, Mumbai, Bengaluru, etc.): 2–4 business days
    • Other Locations (Tier-2 & Tier-3 cities): 4–7 business days
    • Remote/Outstation Areas: 7–10 business days
    (Note: Delivery times may vary depending on courier availability, unforeseen delays, or peak festive seasons.)
  3. Shipping Charges:
    • Free shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹1499.
    • For orders below ₹1499: a flat shipping fee of ₹50 applies.
    • Cash on Delivery (COD), if available, may carry an additional fee.
  4. Order Tracking:
    • Once shipped, you will receive an email/SMS with your tracking ID and courier partner details.
    • You can track your shipment online until it reaches your doorstep.
  5. International Shipping:

    Currently, we only ship within India. For bulk/B2B export orders, please contact us at support@okiru.in.

  6. Damaged, Delayed, or Lost Packages:
    • If your package arrives damaged, please share photos within 48 hours of delivery at support@okiru.in.
    • If your order is delayed or lost in transit, we’ll work with our courier partners to resolve it promptly.
