At Okiru Coffee Operative, we want your coffee to reach you fresh, fast, and hassle-free.

Processing Time:
- All orders are freshly roasted, packed, and dispatched within 1–2 business days.
- Orders placed after 5 PM IST or on weekends/holidays will be processed the next business day.

Delivery Timelines:
- Metro Cities (Delhi, Mumbai, Bengaluru, etc.): 2–4 business days
- Other Locations (Tier-2 & Tier-3 cities): 4–7 business days
- Remote/Outstation Areas: 7–10 business days

Shipping Charges:
- Free shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹1499.
- For orders below ₹1499: a flat shipping fee of ₹50 applies.
- Cash on Delivery (COD), if available, may carry an additional fee.

Order Tracking:
- Once shipped, you will receive an email/SMS with your tracking ID and courier partner details.
- You can track your shipment online until it reaches your doorstep.

International Shipping:
Currently, we only ship within India. For bulk/B2B export orders, please contact us at support@okiru.in.

Damaged, Delayed, or Lost Packages:
- If your package arrives damaged, please share photos within 48 hours of delivery at support@okiru.in.
- If your order is delayed or lost in transit, we’ll work with our courier partners to resolve it promptly.
