Return & Exchange Policy
"No Questions Asked" return or exchange policy within 7 days of delivery, subject to the following conditions:
- Return Request: Returns and replacements are accepted only within 7 days from delivery by raising a return request through our web app or by writing to returns@okiru.in.
- Edible Items: Not eligible for return or replacement if the packet/package is opened or the seal is compromised.
- Expired or Near Expiry: All coffees (whole bean and ground) are eligible for return or replacement if received as expired, or if they are delivered with less than 30 days left to expiry.
- No Questions Asked: All our coffees are eligible for a no-questions-asked return or replacement under the above conditions.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Order Cancellation:
- Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placing the order by contacting our support team.
- Once the order is processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

Refunds:
- Refunds are initiated only for eligible cancellations or if products are damaged/incorrect on delivery.
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after approval.

Non-Refundable Items:
- Perishable products like roasted coffee beans or ground coffee cannot be returned once opened.
- Customized or discounted products are non-refundable.

Exchange/Replacement:
- If you receive a damaged or defective product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with proof (photo/video). We will arrange a replacement at no extra cost.
