Return & Exchange Policy

"No Questions Asked" return or exchange policy within 7 days of delivery, subject to the following conditions:

  1. Return Request: Returns and replacements are accepted only within 7 days from delivery by raising a return request through our web app or by writing to returns@okiru.in.
  2. Edible Items: Not eligible for return or replacement if the packet/package is opened or the seal is compromised.
  3. Expired or Near Expiry: All coffees (whole bean and ground) are eligible for return or replacement if received as expired, or if they are delivered with less than 30 days left to expiry.
  4. No Questions Asked: All our coffees are eligible for a no-questions-asked return or replacement under the above conditions.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Order Cancellation:
    • Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placing the order by contacting our support team.
    • Once the order is processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
  • Refunds:
    • Refunds are initiated only for eligible cancellations or if products are damaged/incorrect on delivery.
    • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after approval.
  • Non-Refundable Items:
    • Perishable products like roasted coffee beans or ground coffee cannot be returned once opened.
    • Customized or discounted products are non-refundable.
  • Exchange/Replacement:
    • If you receive a damaged or defective product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with proof (photo/video). We will arrange a replacement at no extra cost.
